I liked it a lot. Really original concept, the art style was super cute, and the game felt very polished. In the later levels, I struggled a bit to read which exit I needed while my car was already crashing into another one. A 'ready' button or something similar would’ve helped a lot. Otherwise, really nice game!

Oh wow, really cool idea) The game looks great, really nice visual style) I liked it a lot. It’s not as easy as it seems at first, I didn’t get it right away but it was fun to figure things out. The “boom” sounds made me laugh with that cute music in the background) The first time it happened, it really caught me by surprise.
Thank you! We wanted to create levels that would be really easy to pass and then others that feel more intimidating and that are harder but some that look like complete beasts that are easier to pass.

Fun concept. Really liked how fast retry is, because I crashed a lot in this game fast reset is essential. When levels become larger and cars faster it’s really about fast reflexes. As comment bellow says, maybe some time to look at the roundabout and plan would maybe help the game, but other than that nice game with nice graphics.

When we were developing this we genuinely thought it would be enough time to assess the situation with the easing in animation, but that's something we will have in mind if we continue to develop this game.
I love the idea and the hand drawn style!! Would maybe be a bit easier for the level to start when the player presses a button, so they have some time to think about the situation.

That was something we had talked about in early stages of development, but then we though maybe it would be enough time to assess the situation when the car is easing into the roundabout. But that one is also a good suggestion!
I love the hand-drawn art and the choice of music! Really cute vibes. It can be a bit hard to differentiate between dashed and continuous lines, but besides that, enjoyed my time with it. Great job!

Wow very unique concept! The Sound and Visuals are incredibly appealing! I found myself laughing more and more each time I would crash and hear the crash sound effect, lol
Thank you! We wanted to make something that would be fun, both in terms of playing it but also with the presentation of the game.. and the cherry on top of everything was adding over the top sound effects!

God damn lunatics with their blue race cars on these roundabouts!! Best game I have seen in this gamejam yet, creative idea, insane art style and blessing the world by finally making people learn to use a roundabout. Amazing Work, I hope you will be one of the winners!

We had a bunch of ideas while brainstorming on the first day, but since we both drive (and there are a LOT of roundabouts in Portugal) it just felt right ahah Glad you enjoyed our game!
Such a creative idea, felt just like driving in down town Madrid which is where I'm from lol. If I could change one thing, I would lower the volume of the crashing sound effect. The peaceful and cute music was so relaxing but dear god did that crash jumpscare me. Super fun game though congrats guys :)

As for the unresponsiveness I'll ask you as well just so it's easier to debug 😅 did it happen on all levels? Or just levels where there are continuous lines? Continuous lines can't be passed, it was a lack on our side not explaining that
You know what, that was it! I went back to the place where I was struggling and it was a solid line! The controls seem to work just fine now that I can keep track of that. I guess a far more minor thing is that because the car's orientation relative to the camera is always changing, sometimes it gets confusing as to which directional input moves the car in which way. This is minor, and I can't think of a way to handle it better than keeping it consistent like you did, but I thought it would be worth pointing out. -GH
Glad to hear the controls are working nice! Yeah we also noticed that, and were thinking on changing it for the car to go on the direction of the arrow you click... but that would make it confusing when you are more near the center horizontally, so we just left it like it is for now. Thanks for pointing it out!

I think the car controls could be frustratingly non-responsive at times. It'd feel like I could get in front of a car but the game wouldn't let me. Besides those, figuring out how to shuffle in and out was great fun :)
I could absolutely see this being evolved into a kind-of frogger variant.

As for the car controls, was it unresponsive through the whole game? There are levels with continuous lines that you can't pass (they might be a bit difficult to see depending on the resolution of the screen). Asking just so it's easier for us to try to fix it, thanks for reporting it!
I want to say it was hit or miss on the controls feeling non responsive. Them being continuous lines makes sense! I totally did not see those!
