Neat concept, and fairly good execution. The tiles have a nice vibe, and the colors don’t clash at all. The only things I’d change would be indicating the path you just took (the solid green tiles only show that it’s part of the path, not which direction it’s going) and counting each path as both ways (the fun is in finding the paths IMHO, not tracing a path you already know but backwards).

Thank you for the feedback! I definitely hear you on seeing the path taken. There is a small line that connects the tiles which I thought about making the gap between the tiles bigger so it would be more recognizable. I felt like like putting another line on top of the tiles took away from the "minimalist" feel I was going for.

I plan on taking the reverse paths out, it seems to be the general consensus that they are redundant and take a little bit of the fun away.

Thank you for playing and rating my game!

Perhaps the tile could completely link to its neighbor, kinda like some Snake games:

Oh man! Thanks for the visual! That definitely looks better than what I have now.  I will keep this in mind as I continue with this game. I'm thinking I need to add more depth to the tiles anyhow, so they'll probably get a bit of overhaul.

The UI is really nice, but I feel like the dragging controls are like weird.

I found a bug: Press credits -> Press main menu -> Crash

On the credit page, the text seems to be cutoff by ... (three dots).

Personal opinion, but I dont like the font that much, the title font (the one in which "Zenwise" is written feels closer to the UI design, and I also dont like that the buttons dont produce any effect when hovering, but that may be just an Unity thing.

Sorry if this feels like criticizm, I didnt mean it like that, you asked for feedback in the live stream. Nice job!

Thank you for the feedback!! I design the title myself and picked the font quickly so I totally understand that it doesn't feel like it matches.

The menu buttons were some of the last things in the last couple hours I put together and definitely messed up an OnClick event, thank for pointing it out!

This was the first jam I got to actually submit a game in and realized last minute I messed up the sizing during development, the quick fix still wasn't great.

I was hoping to design this game for mobile and tried to make it have a mobile feel (more dragging than clicking) but it is something I need to fine tune!

Thank you for playing my game! I will definitely be checking yours out, so look out for my comment later! :)

I like the minimalist and relaxing atmosphere of your game.

The goal of the game is a bit unclear at the first level though, perhaps a tutorial of some kind would help. The timer seems a bit unnecessary (especially if you want to keep it relaxing, don’t add stress mechanics!) and being able to run the same path twice but backwards as a solution seems unnecessary as well.

Path laying puzzle games often have a hard time making good puzzles I feel, perhaps looking for a mechanic that changes the way you think about laying paths would help.

I like the music and the ability to quickly lay paths and undo them with a simple mouse drag.

Nice job!

If you have the time, please check out our game as well!

Thank you for the feedback! It's great knowing you understood and enjoy the feeling of game I was going for!

I fought with myself about leaving the need for backwards paths, but kept it in for the "Loop" theme. I think if I were to continue developing this game I would take out the need for a reverse path.

There is much more I wanted to add, and might, but you're right that it would be nice to have a mechanic that could make the puzzle more challenging. I could probably make the puzzles on 3d shapes the player would have to rotate to solve.

Also, I think I originally saw something about the timer. Yeah, it definitely should count up, not down if at all, to keep the game more relaxing.

Thank you for playing my game! I will definitely be checking yours out, so keep an eye for my comment!

Nice! Simple but I think it's done well! I love these types of games
