This is a laid back, 2 month jam about exploring the Omegaverse setting using WLW relationships. Any style of pairing goes, whether it's the classic Alpha/Omega, or exploring unconventional pairings like Beta/Alpha, Beta/Omega, Alpha/Alpha, or Omega/Omega. The world is your oyster!

Now what is the Omegaverse?

Omegaverse, also referred to as A/B/O, is a subgenre of fiction involving a hierarchy system based on traits observed in wolves and other canids. Alphas serve as a dominant role, while Omegas commonly take a more submissive role in both society and relationships. Betas are typically unaffected by the hierarchy system of Alphas/Omegas

You can learn more about common omegaverse traits here.

Rules:

  1. The work needs to be focused on queer relationships between women or the queer female experience within the omegaverse setting. Any identity is permitted as long as you feel like it is part of the queer female experience.
  2. Omegaverse content can range from wildly different things, and the 'rules' that come with it are very broad. As long as there's a system of Alpha/Beta/Omega present in your work, you can play as fast and loose with the tropes as you see fit.
  3. NO AI, period. Don't even use it for brainstorming. Even if you're not confident in your skills, we'd much rather see your earnest work than AI assets/writing/etc.
  4. Please tag your works appropriately. NSFW and heavy projects are allowed and expected, but please provide content warnings on your project's page(or in the game files).
  5. No promotion of hateful content. Bigotry can serve as a plot point or conflict, but should not be encouraged.
  6. Any type of medium is allowed. Short stories, zines, visual novels, etc. Go for a concept album about omegaverse yuri if you really want.
  7. You may start early. This is an un-ranked, chill jam, meant to encourage people to share their omegaverse yuri work with the world.
  8. Please keep your submissions free for at least 1 month following the end of the jam to allow other participants an opportunity to read and rate your submission.
