I really like the style, but I don't like the small distance view (It looks horrible to honest for the effect, I like the idea just need more polish)
Aside from that I really like the dialogue of the people in this place, the people fearing an entity so much that they rather starve to dead than die (Though The shop keeper attitude was kinda weird)

I really liked the art direction and aesthetics here; it makes you feel a little on edge with how jarring everything looks, but it worked to this game's benefit. Having no two characters in the same art style helped really sell the feeling, even if you were doing as simple as going for a late-night grocery run for some eggs. I caught myself looking back every so often to make sure I wasn't being followed, and the protagonist's painstakingly slow walking pace was not helping at all. Neat game!
