This was really satisfying and mysterious at the same time. At first I thought I was already cleaning by moving the leaves to the sides of the screen lol but that's on me.
I love the progression and storytelling, how the scene evolves and slowly gives new pieces of information, escalating in a nice creepy way. The music and sounds were really good, the mechanics worked super well, just a good game overall! Congrats
Oddly calming at first. I was really digging the ASMR until we came across the newspapers and random belongings. The build-up to the reveal is slow and unnerving! This is perfect for those who enjoy cleaning sims without overtly complicated mechanics! Great work on making a creepy game!
This was such a calm and relaxing game! I enjoyed sipping my tea and warming up at home with this cozy experience. Not sure what all those strange items in my yard was but I threw them into the trash. On the 4 day a stranger gave me a nice hug and I won the game! Thank you for the cool experience!
Jokes aside, the story and mystery was told in such an interesting way. The whole premise is really creative! The post processing effect was a little bit too strong near the last days. The rake seems a bit under powered compared to the glove for sure.
Great job to everyone involved! The art and sound are fantastic, the gameplay is unique, and everything feels very polished. I thought the visual filter on day 4 was maybe 10% or 20% too strong, but I understand that was probably intentional.
Great atmosphere, pixel art and relaxing music for this 2D leave collecting game. I agreed with other comment that the best way to play is to not use the rake and only the glove, though.
Great little cozy style game I did like how each day the cartoon look was slowly is replace photo cutouts. One thing that disappointing was I discovered that you pretty didn't need to use the rake. I was able to just use the glow which on there own felt faster then needing to make pile. Still good game here.
Really enjoyed this one. Super unique concept and well executed. My only nitpick is that performance seemed to get a little dicey with too many leaves on the screen at once. It could just be my laptop though! Thanks for making and sharing this one. I love cozy horror.
this was unique and i really liked it! very cozy and fun
This was a fun game to play. I liked being able to run around the place, grabbing the spider just to flex on it. I wish there were more deranged collectables to find in the leaves. This was an overall fun game
Beautiful graphics, love the artwork and way the visuals came together - simple but effective. The music was nice and chill which makes it easy to play as you wait to uncover the horror aspect of the story. The idea to reveal the story like that is very unique, nice work!
Super cool concept! Loved getting to the 3rd day and the whole look changing, then only getting worse on the fourth, story was super cool too :)
Really cozy game, found it fun but did start to feel to feel a bit repetitive. That being said the rake mechanic was very cool and enjoyed the physics of the leaves. One thing I wanted to see was something further motivating you to play like a fuel bar or an angry boss getting mad when u slow down. Well Done!
11/13 secret items found. Made it to the end, this one is another creative entry!
Also, here's my playthrough of your game. It's at the 12:13 mark of this video.
Gameplay is simple and cozy albeit kinda slow for me IMO. But the game's story and the screen's slow deterioration started to make me uneasy as I played more of the game. Great jam submission!
Very cozy at first, quite disturbing at the end, it's a truly unique experience.
I found the gameplay a little slow at first, but once you realize you can hold down the click and move around with the rake to quickly gather leaves, it's sweeping time baby.
I love the gradual deterioration in the DA, the story is simple but efficient, love it.
awsome game! With a lot of smart ideas! Especially the progress in the art style, this was really smart. It's a simple game (too simple?) but it's well executed, the story is interest and yet unsettling. The end could be really horrific, but I think it miss the mark (even being really good don't worry)
cool game! perfect for a game jam!
I really enjoyed this! The twist that it starts cozy but keeps getting more unsetteling and realistic while suggesting a story but leave it open to interpret what is or was going on - really awesome!
I appreciate that you can and a day after 50%, keeps frustration low and the focus on finding stuff. :D
(managed to find 12 of 13 items)
Oddly cozy, I could definitely see this as a simulator game on Steam. I only managed to get 10 of the items; is there any kind of different ending if you find them all?
This game is not nice, it's PERFECT! Wasted an entire hour playing it! MAN, what a satisfying game! Loved the art changing as the game progresses! Reminded me of Power Washer sim and games alike!
