Sami's moonstone can be gained from the scene in the guide right next to Sami finds panties.
8 nerve is scattered all over the game, but if you want a list of the scenes it's hiding in, you can look at Lina's corruption page in the menu at the end of each run. It will have a list of places where she can gain nerve.
