Are there some puzzle pieces missing? At first it said the puzzle was solved but I was unable to achieve the secret ending. So, I edited the save file to reset the puzzle and I got up to deadline where the piece is nowhere to be found.
Edit: Okay, I went through the rest of the levels and it seems all the ones after deadline are missing their puzzle pieces.
