My saved files got lost between updates. Is there a way to get them back or should I just replay the game?
If you don't see them in the main menu there's nothing you can do probably. Are you on android?

Save files are located here:
C:\Users\{YOURUSERNAME}\AppData\LocalLow\CummyStudio\GachaCummy\{PROFILENAME}
But the game automatically fetches them So if you don't see them in game - then yes, you have to start a new game...
