So during endless mode there's no way to buy or sell the cards in your deck, as after the day ends it gives you the stats but the buttons are replaced with "Play endless?"
Thanks for playing and the bug report! Endless mode was a last minute add when I couldn't decide how many weeks to make the "main" game so I'm not terribly surprised I let this slip thru. Sorry you encountered it, I'll definitely remember to test this in our next release.
