I think a few other poses you could add would be...

Boobjob~ for missionary the orc at the top of the screen

blowjob~ doggy for the orc on the right side of the screen

Maybe base it on the lust meter since it's based on crowd control and have it like a random chance? I'm not entirely sure honestly but I thought it be a fun idea is all

Full pose change is a bit troublesome with my current setup, yet a blow job pose is currently in the works ;)

that's what I thought to that it would be troublesome so I just wanted to bring up that the crowd control already has animations set. Since you can move the head and body already it might make it a bit more easier.

And no spoilers xD
