The combat balance is off the rails. Probably the worst balanced game I have ever played. Enemies hit like a truck and you don't have any sustainable means to heal.
I didn't had a problem like that, + you CAN HEAL. Eating/biting enemy if it's possible to, or eat some food from ur inventory
