Oh! Thank you so much for pointing that out, I didn't encounter the bug myself when play-testing so this is very helpful! Could you tell me if you played on the browser version or which OS you played on? and which level does this start on exactly? The first or second? We'll look it and push a fix for it after voting wraps up since I can see how it can be annoying if it repeats.

This was in the first level, on the very first hole where it tells you to press W or Space to jump. I was able to recreate this on the Mac download version as well as in the browser (Chrome v137.0.7151.120 and Safari v20621.2.5.11.8), didn't get a chance yet to try on the Windows version.
When the game first loads, I can walk straight into the hole and recreate it pretty consistently. If I spam A and D on the way down, that seems to help and sometimes I'll get the expected level reset. When this happens, I'm not able to recreate the issue without closing the game and reopening it, so it seems to be something that is fixed when the level is reloaded.
