Not sure exactly what you mean by how does it work. I'm assuming you mean how do you follow Harem path. Easiest way is:

Choose "Adam should massage you."

Choose "Go dance with her."

Choose "Tell her about her top."

Choose "Perhaps I could have some fun with some of them."
