The program at this link will allow you to open .rar and .7z files. There are a thousand and one guides on how to use this program, so I believe you can figure it out from here ;).

not sure if it is the same for you (if you're on windows), but right-clicking the file and clicking "extract all" (not sure if im recalling this right) would work
