This is a really neat mechanic! The order controls felt different enough to be challenging but I definitely got into trying to memorise the inputs and order colours. Grading is a little harsh on non consecutive streaks given that customers leave quite quickly but I don't think I'd change the rate that they come and go as it felt the right amount of overwhelming for the mechanic.
