That’s a head scratcher. I have not heard other reports of this. And there is no black screen on the main game window that would cause this if, say, something glitched and was visible when it should not have. Sorry, I don’t know. My best suggestion is rebooting your device in case it is a memory limit thing, and make sure you have a good connection to the website.
