On windows, goto windows firewall, then uninstall an app and delete the virus, then change your passwords on everything and sign them out of your profiles, you should be safe
Make sure to change all your passwords *after* passing malware and virus scans, otherwise you'll probably be doing more harm than good if you give a keylogger all your new passwords.
