Frankly from what i can see this game deserves 5 stars but I can barely play it much less enjoy it as there seems to be a screen issue where all the divisions for all countries are at the bottom of the screen.(I dont know if its my device's issue or not but its bugging me ,like i said previously the game and the concept is amazing and i cant stress it enough ,its what i have wanted in a game so i would like to solve the issue).

No problem! I can tell you that isn't a game issue, it is local. It looks like a RAM issue. Trying clearing your cache or opening the game via incognito mode. Alternatively download the windows version.
