I frankly loved the game to bits! And yeah I may be biased bc im like, a fan, and such, but um um erm, I do agree on Millicent's characterization, I enjoyed that how, in spite of how fucked up and weird their situation is, both her and Ember strangely fit perfectly with each other, no, they deserve each other, whether that's good OR bad, I can't really see them with anyone but themselves. It IS kinda funny that as evil as she can be, Mill still shows a whole lot of care and humanity for Ember at the end of the day, because she actually loves the little girlthing, and frankly to me I think it's, kinda beautiful.

Maybe that's a failing of my own to see a relationship this messy and fucked have fluffy, happy moments, only to call it beautiful, but I live for this kinda stuff, idc... My one mandatory criticism (that I must say, lest this comes off as me shamelessly glazing, which I COULD do without fault, but I won't, for the sake of my sparse dignity) is that I'd have liked to hear more from Ember! Narratively speaking it checks out that, when in a state of namelessness and dissociation, she wouldn't have much of anything to say, but, it's like you said, at times, the pair appears one-sided (though I don't believe they ultimately are). At the same time however it also just works that Ember isn't fully defined until Millicent swoops in, effectively helping her mold herself into a proper person, it all comes down to the game's themes of co-dependence being displayed really well, so yeah, Ember's still a bit of a mystery but you made it work!

ANd yes PLEASE I NEED a scene where the sub actually vocalizes something instead of being a babbling, crying, shaking, terrified mess, even IF that's also really really fun and hot. anyways ramble over love ur games so muchhhhh YAHOO YAY YIPPIE
