It is safe but most games get popups of viruses! Which you don't, but it can be confusing to get out of.. If your on a computer/devices similar, just restart your computer if you're stuck!! :)))
nope, it's just that some computers pop up a virus alert for certain games even when they're not viruses, you just gotta make sure in the comments that the game isn't a virus (like this one), most of the games in itch will pop up that alert like TKATB, this game and others but theyre safe as long as you download them from itch
