The person who commented below seems to be more knowledgeable about Linux than me, heh. Good luck if you decide to try getting it running on Linux!
I know some people have gotten Transportal to run on Linux, but the only OS I personally am able to currently test the game on is Windows. I don't currently have any solid plans to do a more dedicated Linux release... but we'll have to see.
