Yes modern cars sure don't have carburetors. However, space does have pressure, it's a small amount, but it's not zero. Since space isn't a complete vacuum, as the pressure in space is caused by a sparse distribution of particles, such as ions and electrons, that have been heated and accelerated by stars.
Also, this is a game, therefore it DOESN'T NEED TO FOLLOW REAL WORLD LOGIC. So your clam of spreading misinformation is inaccurate due to the fact that it's just a game, therefore it uses it's own level of logic that isn't necessarily tied to reality. So you need to understand that all games follow the same principle defined by the statement of, "it's just game logic."
I do agree that the game does has many grammatic errors in it.
