I played through a couple times to find different ending variations, and I really enjoyed this game. Highlights for me were definitely:
1) Art / visual style: I loved the overall look of the sprites, background, interface, etc. and how they really established the vibe of the game. I could tell what sort of era and feeling it was going for before I read the synopsis or started playing. Also really liked how the text box blends with the car dash.
2) Music: Again, helped sell the overall vibe. Plus I'm always a fan of original music over stock music.
It is a very short game, and my only real complaint is that I think it could be expanded into a longer storyline, but the length also makes it easy to replay and discover all the endings.
Thank you so much for the review, I’m so glad you liked it!! I really appreciate that you liked the art and music so much as I’m very proud of those! I’m definitely hoping to make future projects longer, and I recognize that it’s a very short game, and that does seem to be one of the main complaints with it
