It feels a little bullshit that you can immediately be neutered
They always go second to you and if they have spikes that is a very large advantage, always preferable to going first

Right now the only counter play is to strategize your unit position a bit more sparingly. In future though we would think about other ways you can predict enemy spikes. 

For the demo the enemies have fixed building layouts, so please feel free to come back and smack those spike abusers!
