hi, there's no deterministic progression with girls via gifts or similar. Instead, the relationship progresses through the story and quests (in case of side characters). So you can just play the story and the quests and get the results. At the moment in 0.12A it's possible to reach the first major intimate scene with them. It's a teaser for what will come next in 0.12B and forward.
