Well unless anyone tell you directly you can complete Mrs. Yamada's quest in asylum (True Timeline), exit the map and talk to her second time in the asylum. Yeah her age is increased by a year.
The mouse is sliding normally. It is a problem with the in-game button settings that makes it impossible to press the password. Now the problem is solved.
