You can always cover her with blanket before he comes in. Also dev despises ntr, so this is mostly his hasty overlook, once he'll add some more features, he will refine small inconveniences.
Or just don't wake her, and fuck her in her sleep 🤷
As for bear trap - kinda impossible as this is still his apartment complex, lore-wise
