As noted in the rules of this community, please avoid posting threads along the lines of “itch.io support is not responding!” This is a community forum, you should share the specific problem you are having so that the community can assist you in finding a solution to your issue.
Threads that are solely posted to complain about not receiving a response will typically get closed.
