The clothing options for Angel is just not showing up. I don't know why but its just not showing, no bone panel or nothing.

Edit: Have been at this for a hour. Can't seem to find any kind of toggle

Sorry for the late reply, the description specifies that you need to have the rigtools addon installed.

If you don't want to, you can always find the clothing option in the c_traj bone's properties (the circle with triangles on the floor).
