Hello, I have been having the same issue and emailed support. Ticket id (request, I assume): (331117). Thank you in advance. edit: Sorry for butting in right away, slipped my mind to make a new topic, will keep in mind next time.

I replied in your topic. You didn't have to spam. The post you replied to asks you exactly that. And please stop typing in all caps, it sounds like you're shouting.

i have the same problem but i didnt bother to submit a ticket so i have no id. do you think i should submit one or nah?

Definitely go with the ticket, best way to deal with that for sure.

Either way, please make your own topic instead of piling up in the same conversation as everyone else. It's already confusing.
