Ok, so this really creeped me out (in a good way).  Footsteps, darkness, lights, swelling music, some of the other sounds, the unknown (I definitely started seeing things that I don't think were really there).  You definitely built up tension.  If you're going to build a game out of this, you'll need to figure out ways release that tension too, otherwise it would be a very stressful game!  When the music stopped, was it just over, or was something else supposed to happen?  When it got super quiet that might have been the scariest part for me!  But if your goal was to create a creepy/scary mood, you definitely succeeded.

I think the audio stopping may be an issue Godot only has with my released project as that did not happen in my testing - are you on Linux by any chance?
