Strange... we've had a few people test on multiple machines and none of them had any issues. If you're at all interested, the game logs are at "%appdata%\LocalLow\Road Turtle Games\Scanline Survivors\Player.log". You can send them to support@roadturtlegames.com and we can take a look.
Turns out d3d12 was crashing on my machine for some reason? I don't recall having issues with it before so i'm not sure what was up, but I made a shortcut to your game and added -force-d3d11 to the target line and it doesn't crash for me now, so i'll play it and give a rating soon!
