I still haven't gotten anything that has told me my room in the guild quarters is available. I have the Triss and Megan storylines that say I should see them in the quarters, but clicking the stairs does absolutely nothing.
Your guild room never gets completed in the current version. You have to click on the stairs in the afternoon
