great game! but what do the items do?
Hehee glad you like! Been a while so might forget something or remember wrong but here goes:
Glasses: autoplay, each copy makes it faster
Antenna: alert system, max at 3
Glowing bean: Essense magnet
Core/sphere: I think it boosts the stats you get from each essense if I remember correctly
Banana: bigger explosions
Extra head: extra gun
