Not sure how to without some research. It is just an executable though so just copy it onto a hard drive image and it should run, or is it a lack of chip mem causing you a problem?
There is now a WHDLoad installer for it. Someone has to package it with the binary and .lha pack it, of course:

Can some one make a complete whd load so I can fire this up with out having to go through hoops to get to run?
i don't know how to do it, and not sure that the 1.4 release is the final game.I'm waiting for the LHA too.
