Well 6/6 harpy parts haven't help me to get that achievement. How can I share my save file?
About 3 leaf clover. Is it possible that I haven't encounter its event because I've got 4 leaf clover from relic spot in the begining of the run? Have send it to the chest with curse shop, so I had ~10 points of luck, and tried to savescam events to get it, but no event with fields occur. Tried it on third hub area.
And got a few nasty bugs.
1. Probbably because of 5 locked TFs(harpy parts) some time game stucked when should get TF from cursed field, or TF artifact. I have icon of this field, or tf artifact, but no text and game don't react.
2. When I made infinite stock for the shop and tried to buy gems for the forge, it keep spending gold on it and max gems stopet on 12, when in the shop it tells that max is 15.
3. After this run I had 2 shapeshifter crystall and both of them spended on the succubus skin, when shoul be only 1.

No item prevents a event from appearing but tehre are two other factors:
-Four Leaf Clover event only spawns in the Underground Gardens.
-Each event only can spawn once per Layer. 1 time in Catacombs, Gardens and Magma Caverns. So that event ususally only can spawn once per run in the Gardens.
1. There was a bug with the Lizard TF item that caused a softlock loop with too many Lizard parts to not choose any option. So that may be the cause? You're talking about Cursed Artefact Spots or what are you refering to with cursed spots?
2. The game setting definitely say the max is 15. I will test it out myself to check.
3. I looked at it but could spot no unusual thing. I will also try it out myself and report back if I spot anything unusual.

Here is my save file, right before run ending, with 6 harpy parts. Funny that I got achievement for slime with only 2 parts in this run.
1. I mean transformation traps and TF items. Also Lizard TF is blocked, so don't think I should cause it. It was 3 times with TF trap, ones with Cheese potion and ones with Gryphon potion.
2. Looks like comfusion was because of the counter update. But with 15 in my inv I still keep buying them in the shop and it takes gold for it. There is a shop in my save, so you can test it.
3. After I load this save and try to buy succubus skin it took only one crystal for it, don't know what was wrong before.

I did found the problem. The game only looked for griffin parts. That's the reason. Fixed that, now it can be either 5 harpy or griffin parts.
Also pretty impressive run you had been ongoing there!
1. Just walking on the traps caused it? Then I will try to replicate it with your save file and see what causes it.
2. Yup I also saw that then i fixed it. Now it is impossible to buy over max. Will be in the enxt patch.

Also I've seen achievment with floor rerol feature, but haven't find it in any of runs. Have I missed it somehow ?
In my save there is no floors left, try to block all body parts of harpy and what left with some other specie like griffin or mouse (with this potions I've got problems) and run on tf traps and TF items, especially potions. Probably it's like with lizard you've mention is a problem to choose mind tf if no available parts left.
Also I've find some more skins with problems in the area between lower and upper parts (yep, devil succubi is one of them).

Yup saw your achievemnts and credit count, you pretty much 100% it so far O.O Impressive!
There are five hidden achievments in total currently. But those are not tied to any unlocks. Besides that I think you seen pretty much all there is currently, if you unlocked all achievments and perks.
Winning with all modification might be near impossible xD
With the run you sended me I saw you unlocked the cursed item D20. This item can reroll floors.
I definitely found the problem, it is locking the beak since that also blocks the mouth parts and results into infinite loops. Will see to fix that!

As for skins, will do a better list of what I've find so far, when look at more of them. (only some extra lizard and mermaid skins are locked)
If it was a beack, than check lamia and mermaid tail, as it might cause same problem.
Forgot to tell, for some reason closed treasure chests give way less gold than without lock ones.
With mods extra rewards I got ~1500 gold from open chest, while from locked chest I've got ~100 and it happened to mostly all closed chest I've tried to open.
