would you be willing to make an entirely new mod, with levels of similar difficulty to cosmos 2&3?
And make the levels look different but with more healing and enemies at the same time.

I would love to do that, although it’s a question of finding the time as it'd be a fair bit of work.
I did make one new level a few years ago, but it was so hard only me and a DOS speedrunner ever finished it as far as I know 😅
Did you try Poet’s Cosmo levels? I played some of those and they're fun and intricately designed but also very very hard https://www.poetsoftware.no/mods/cosmo/index.html
LOL yeah, they are crazed in their difficulty, he must be a god at platformers. I managed to do most of NewCosmo3 I think, except for the final boss level, but only using the cheat to give you 5 health bars as it was so insane. His latest ones were even more insanely hard D:
It would be nice to make a Pantsmo episode with all new levels and a new story, I’ll think about it :)
