Did anyone manage to find a solution to the issue? It seems support is completely unresponsive when it comes to this GIF problem. It's been 3 months now, and no updates so far on such a critical issue in the site:((((
thank you for the advice, i've checked your game page but i can't see any Gifs animating apart from the ones in your description, and from what i know description embeded gifs work fine so i'm more concerened about Gifs in the image section that do not work :(((
