I'd love a way to stop the lactation status or fully remove actions relating to it from what people can do to you in sex (such as put it under the removable fetishes tab in gameplay options). I don't judge if people like it, but I don't and NPCs refuse to do anything but milking related actions to me.
Even selecting the "No milking" option with pawn owners only means they don't use pumps. They'll still grope and breastfeed, which still does the same exact thing.
To cut back on some lactation effects, you can select the infertile trait so you can never get pregnant and your breasts will never lactate unless forced, but you can change that if you go to Me (above inventory, bottom right corner), then Encounters. You can change Restrictions and Goal Weights here. The ones you're looking for are Breastfeeding, Use Breast Pump, and Breast Groping. That'll cover everything related to breasts anyone else can do to you, and be sure to select any that say "...On Sub".
Changing Restrictions will make sure they don't do anything to you. Changing Goal Weights will make sure they don't do anything to anyone.
Also, if you ever get enslaved and sold, dont let pick your owner randomly so you can avoid becoming a cow.
