Unfortunately no, i couldnt find anything that could unlock them, and the only things were to do with hidden mechanics using the phone during those scenes but again, could not get them.
I ended up having to use an unlock code someone posted on reddit, which i think has been deleted at this point and DEFINITELY wasnt TadpoleEmpire
