Probably people who don't like gay stuff personally and would prefer the developer spend their limited time on something that caters more to their interests
With 40+ characters, all of whom are optional, I don't think it's going to matter if 2 or 3 are futa/femboy. Just don't interact with that kink. If it merely existing in a game is a deal breaker for you than kindly piss off.
