Does anyone know what event I need to find in order for my character to organically gain the inclination "Whore"? I realize that I need to accept money for sexual services, but where can I do that?

Random events.
Some will buy you for sex during work hour (seems to be the case in quickieburger)
or the class harraser send people to you making them believe you take money for sex. There may be other events, but those are what i found.
You probably would be need to be more open to sex in general before that. (raise Disinhibition)
