Based on the lore of this game a "Man" is the most valuable since they're in extinction. Imagine if there's a sudden femboy character it would be utterly disappointing.
Imagine that someone managed to avoid the hyper-technological machines just by putting on a skirt and acting like a girl? That would be peak storytelling, man! 😂
Not my thing, but considering that the series that this game takes a lot of its inspiration from, SEQUEL, has them it wouldn't be to unlikely that they wouldn't be added
