Did you make any kind of backup of your save so you could update without having to replay everything on your phone?
I honestly don’t know what might have happened. I reviewed the code and everything seems to be normal — I’m really sorry about this.
You could try restarting and playing through it again to see if that fixes the issue.
Another option would be to download the game from my Patreon; it’s possible the itch.io file had some problem during the upload.
I really don’t know what could have caused this.
