Is a package deal available that allows one to acquire a pdf of the book along with a purchased hard copy?
yes but this will be on drivethrurpg only because I would have trouble with taxation otherwise (because where i live, pdf and book have different VAT rates and if i combine a sale I end up paying the higher tax on the books also).
