With word the game will be going 3D, I'm with the others for the worry of losing the charm of the more simple get expressive 2d art style

But I also completely understand that this is the route to go if we want animations.

So with that in mind, I'd recommend using models that aren't too realistic. A lot of erotic games people tend to find unappealing because a lot of them use the rather ugly doll like human models.

I think more simplistic rigs and cartoony ones would be better suited and help keeping the games look more unique

And still giving ease for animations.

There was actually a video I saw just a couple days ago going over simplistic polygonal models for the sake of unique looking styles (It was about the models found in Megaman legends if anyone would like to check it out) and I think thats what I would keep in mind for a game like this.

Really enjoyed the update overall, looking forward to seeing more as always. Its actually really cool how good you are with keeping up with all the feedback and player input

And the turnover time for these updates is really impressive too.

Thank you very much! Yes we have cartoonish models, here is a look at them!

I really like the proportions for these models! My only note would be maybe a brighter more cartoony rendering to match instead of the more grounded look. The shading and colors on these models look a tad muddy. I think a good fit would be something similar to the game Under contract or even Dispatch for a less niche reference

I agree the 2 D style just looks better in my opinion
