Great concept with fun gameplay! Rerolls costing life makes the player strategies a bit, make a couple of calculations. Using poker hands as a way of scoring is a nice addition (or maybe this are from dice poker, I suppose ?, I don't really know dice poker.) If you are planning on continuing this game, some inspiration is Balatro and Dice Dice Baby, which is also a Balatrolike.
