Regarding the score system:
If you serve fast enough you get 6 points. The customer gives you less points for each second they wait by the counter though it doesn't go lower than 3.
You can imagine it as the coffee is 3point baseline and the faster you are the more "tip" points you'll get which caps at +3 tip, so total of 6!
