after p playing around with it, there actually a shrine in the map, there's you can destroy it to get a ghost out of it to posseses you.
Like when then the fox's use the bells?
Not that one, the one that is permanent which is on the map, just have to destroy the tomb to be possessed.

how can i break that shrine
Just hit it at the few times the top. Break it until the ghost show up, then you let it possessed you and it's will be permanent unless you removed it like any usual transformation.

Just use skills to break them I think? Probably fox one.
