The only game I know of that has such a thing was Lewd Town Adventures. I must have been half-asleep when I wrote that. The game I was trying to name was "School of Love: Clubs!"
You're probably referring to -Corrupted Kingdoms- It's not really like this is the only VN that can have that design style but, it's the one that I know it has a mini flying fairy, it's name is Pixie, by the way.
